Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely very happy with all of your purchases from the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Team Store and will do whatever we can within our policy to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer.

To commence a product return please complete contact the Bulldog Online Customer Service team via teamstore@bulldogs.com.au.  Please ensure you provide your order number & full proof of purchase details as well as any other additional comments regarding your order.  Once your request has been received The Bulldog Online Customer Service team will contact you to provide further instructions.

We can only process a return if your item is:

   1. You have first made contact with our Customer Service team;

   2. Returned within 60 days of receiving your order;

   3. In original condition, unworn & with tags still attached;

Please Note:

   1. Refunds are not provided for Change of Mind;

   2. Personalised items cannot be returned;

   3. You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back a return, however we will cover the postage

       cost of sending your exchange back to you;

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

The Bulldog Online inspects all deliveries prior to dispatch to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item(s) please contact contact The Bulldog Online Customer Service team via teamstore@bulldogs.com.au to arrange a return.

The Bulldog Online is happy to accept the return of goods for a full refund within 60 days of receipt by you if a product is not of satisfactory quality i.e. faulty and providing it is in original condition, unworn & with tags still attached.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Items with personalisation cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

Once you have sent back your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to confirm receiving and processing the return request. Once your exchange item is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you will know when to expect to receive it. 

THE GARMENT DOES NOT FIT.  WILL YOU LET ME EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

The Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Team Store does accept the exchange of garments for different sizes and colours within 60 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.

Please note that in this case you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back the return, however we will cover the postage of sending your exchange back to you

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SEND WITH MY RETURN?

Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you provide The Bulldog Online Customer Service team with your supporting documentation such as proof of purchase. Please also ensure that you indicate clearly in your reason for return and your preferred remedy, i.e. whether you would like an exchange or refund (if the product is faulty) and if an exchange, the exact details of what you would like, including the name, size and colour as per the information for that item on our website.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE AT A STORE?

At this point in time there is no no ability to return an Online purchase to a physical store location so your best option is to make contact with The Bulldog Online Customer Service team at teamstore@bulldogs.com.au.
